general cargo/ operation management.  Experienced sales specialist in Project Logistics and Supply
Chain.

 Business development with domestic as well international clients. Business Development and
Customer Retention.

 Reviewing & analysing RFQ/ RFI/ RFP and scope of work provided by the client;
evaluating commercial deviations in RFQ/RFI/RFP documents, competitive pricing & submitting price
offer.

 Building pipeline and timely updates in the customer relationship system (CRM) / SAP  Meet &
exceed personal and country/regional new business revenue goals.

 Develop strong opportunity pipeline for sales opportunities.

 Build relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities to create value/new business.

 To directly manage Key Account(s), in accordance with agreed targets, goals and based on company guidelines, eliciting customer needs and selling offer portfolio

 Maintain close communication with customer & operations team to assure
uniform understanding of customer expectations relative to operational solutions, timeline, costs and
results

 Organized regular meetings with the clients & relevant operation staff to report on
performance & receive an update from client on challenges and future plans.

 Develop and implement plans for major accounts. Drive proactive suggestions for continuous improvement. Pricing / Costing

 As per the RFQ/ RFI/ RFP floating the rate request to various shipping line container carrier as well as
conventional carrier / Air operators/ other vendors.

 Making the cost comparison.

 Negotiating the freight with carrier/other vendors and bring down to desired freight level  Container / Break bulk / LCL ocean Freight Pricing ‐ obtaining freight from various suitable carriers.

 Air Freight/Air charter pricing ‐ Obtaining air freight directly from airline or IATA agent.

 Transportation Pricing ‐ Obtaining transportation rates from various suitable transporter.

 CFS Pricing ‐ Obtain rates from suitable CFS owner.

 ODC Transportation / Barging ‐ Own costing preparation basis cargo characteristics, method
statement from Engineering Team ‐ inputs like Feasibility Study /Existing & missing infrastructure/ axel
configuration/available draft.

 Other services pricing ‐ Packing/Fumigation/Port handling etc/ Cargo condition Survey.

 Submission of final Price Bid basis cost analysis to the client along with technical
Method Statement Project Execution.

 Proficient in providing end to end logistic solution & multimodal logistics support for timely delivery of project shipments while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
 Finalization of suitable vendor ‐ Liner carrier/break bulk shipping line/transporter/barge operator.
Lesioning with vendors ‐ for availability of suitable containers / suitable vessel
schedule/vehicle/axles/barge

 Preparing of Fixtures note with break bulk/ Air operators.

 Lesioning with internal team ‐ For timely Filing of shipping bill/ Bill of entry/ Form 13/ Releasing Bill of Lading and Preparation of LR/ axles mobilization/ North permission/Route survey.  Ensuring resource availability and allocation

 Developing Project scope and objectives Involving all relevant stakeholders  

 Ensuring technical feasibility.

 Develop a detailed project plan to track progress on system like SAP

 Risk analysis
 Developing a budget in pricing/costing.

 Team leadership, Controlling quality.  

 Submission of invoice to the client & outstanding follow‐up

 Flawless execution of the project with all the compliance
 Provide value added solutions as per client requirement.

 Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization  Education required ‐ Graduate/ Post graduate/ Marketing specialization.  MIS Reporting  Preferred
